Roaster's Notes
Finca Betania is a high-quality farm outside the village of Palestina, Colombia. Coffee farmer, Linarco Rodriguez Ospina, and his family have been growing coffee on these steeps lopes for three generations. Finca Betania has placed in the Cup of Excellence five times in the last five years.
