Roaster's Notes
The Colombia Huila Agustino Forest coffee is produced by a group of around 800 small-scale coffee farmers from the San Agustín municipality and surrounding areas in Huila, Colombia. These farmers are members of an association called COOAGUSTINOS. This coffee has nice acidity but is not too bright. We roast this to a medium roast to help maximize the sweetness without losing all of the citrus and liveliness that this coffee has to offer.
