Roaster's Notes
Grown in the famed Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, Aricha Natural is a testament to the country’s deep-rooted coffee heritage. Cultivated at over 2,000 meters above sea level, this coffee comes from smallholder farmers who meticulously hand-pick and sun-dry each cherry to enhance its natural sweetness. The result is a beautifully complex cup with rich notes of brown sugar, the bright juiciness of pomegranate, and a smooth honeyed finish—an elegant expression of Ethiopia’s unparalleled coffee tradition.
