"I ordered 2 boxes for Christmas gifts. I received boxes today separately and was disappointed that they both didn’t arrive in 1 large box. Now the boxes are slightly dented and each have shipping labels on both boxes. Tried to peel label off which of course ripped some of cardboard. It’s just going to look tacky giving box as a gift looking like that. Product quality I’m sure is fine, it’s just packaging should have been handled differently. "

I ordered this box as a Father’s Day gift for my dad, I ordered ground coffee and whole bean was sent, not a huge deal but my dad was having a hard time getting the grind right. They let us keep the mistake and within a few days they sent the correct order along with some tips and tricks for enjoying the whole bean coffee as well!!! Really impressed!"

We grind our own beans and will be lucky if we get more than 2 cups of coffee from each bag of beans. The concept of coffee and biscotti was great but would prefer the gift to be have 4 full size bags of coffee. Will not purchase again. "
