"I ordered three of the pourover set on 11/28. Got shipping notification on 12/1, and delivered on 12/8. However, the company only shipped out one instead of three. So I’ve contacted the customer service, which you cannot call, only email. The remainder of order shipped on 12/12 but it never arrived. To make the matter even more complicated, I was going out of town for the holiday and the pourover sets were Christmas presents for my family. So I had to scramble to find replacements for the gift. Another replacement order was shipped 12/30 and delivered 1/7. It took 41 days for fulfillment!! Not acceptable. I would not order anything from this company again. "
