Once you're live, you're not only waiting on orders. Each week you can put a coffee forward — buy guaranteed volume outright, or adjust wholesale pricing to earn it.
Reserve a set number of bags of a specific coffee into next week's subscriber deliveries. You're paid your usual wholesale on every bag, and we charge a flat per-bag fee to your card on file. The volume is guaranteed and incremental — independent of whatever else you sell through Bean Box. If we place fewer bags than you reserved, the balance carries to your next run at no additional cost.
Opportunities open Monday and close Tuesday, first-come, first-served.

A coffee runs in one lane or the other in a given week, never both. Eligibility changes week to week — your portal shows what's available, what it costs, and what you'd earn before you commit to anything.
If your roastery looks like a fit, we'll invite you to send samples for review by our curator. From there, onboarding takes about an hour over Zoom — we'll pre-load your catalog, walk you through the portal, and you'll be live shortly after.
