§ What morning ritual do you have that’s sacred to starting your day off right?
A glass of ACV + lemon juice + water. It’s great for your gut and regulates pH levels!
§ What one possession/object is essential to your morning?
My vitamix! It’s my baby.
§ With whom do you spend your mornings?
Myself. I like to take some time for self reflection and a calm pause before throwing myself into the rush of the day.
§ What do you eat for breakfast?
Lots of avocado toast! It’s the perfect combo of protein, fats and carbs to keep me satisfied and full until lunch.
§ What kind of coffee do you drink in the morning, and how do you prepare it?
I’m not too particular about the type of coffee.. but I always add nut milk, Vital Proteins collagen peptides, a dash of cinnamon and Moondeli Bliss Booster (cacao + maca + cayenne)
