Masey's healthy morning routine consist of mushroom elixirs, breakfast tacos and lattes.
§ What time do you get to sleep? What time do you wake up?
I usually head to bed around 10, 11 if I'm feeling adventurous! It varies quite a bit in the morning, if I head to the gym I wake up pretty early, 5:30 or so, but I often prefer to sleep in.
§ What do you dream about?
I dream about the usual things: work, flying, getting lost, cats.
§ What’s the first thing you do once you’re awake?
I either immediately wake up and head to the gym, or I hit snooze multiple times and stumble my way to the shower.
§ What morning ritual do you have that’s sacred to starting your day off right?
I've made it a habit to take good care of my skin with cleansing, moisturizing, etc.. If I don't go through my usual steps I feel off and not myself.
§ What one possession/object is essential to your morning?
My plants. I make sure to open all the blinds and give them enough light while I'm not there during the day. Sometimes it makes me late, but they only deserve the best!
§ With whom do you spend your mornings?
I spend every morning with my beloved boyfriend. We get ready for the day while cracking jokes and making breakfast together. It's the best way to start off any day.
§ What do you eat for breakfast?
My favorite breakfast right now is breakfast tacos! Throw some veggies and eggs together and put it in soft taco shells. I could literally eat this every single morning (I almost do)!
§ What kind of coffee do you drink in the morning, and how do you prepare it?
I like to make lattes in the morning with mushroom tonics and health elixirs. It's excessive, but I feel great!
§ What’s the one upgrade you wish you could add to your morning?

The minute I leave my house for the day.
