For Kimberly, sticking to a solid morning routine is crucial to make the most out of the day.

§ What time do you get to sleep? What time do you wake up?
I usually go to sleep around 1-2 in the morning and wake up between 6-7 depending on my schedule.
§ What do you dream about?
I dream about juggling a successful teaching + concert career, while traveling all over the world for Sensible Stylista and Nomtastic Foods (my lifestyle + food blog).
§ What’s the first thing you do once you’re awake?
Productivity’s everything to me so I write out a detailed to do list so I know exactly what and when to tackle everything throughout the day. § What morning ritual do you have that’s sacred to starting your day off right?
I take my furbaby Daisy out for a walk then enjoy a hot cup of joe afterwards with breakfast.
§ What one possession/object is essential to your morning?
Coffee for sure. I can’t start my day without it!
§ With whom do you spend your mornings?
My adorable maltese pup.
§ What do you eat for breakfast?
This varies depending on my mood, but I always opt for something healthy. Eggs with whole wheat toast, yogurt with fruit, or oatmeal with berries or brown sugar.
§ What kind of coffee do you drink in the morning, and how do you prepare it?
Americano with 1% milk.
§ What’s the one upgrade you wish you could add to your morning?
I wish it’d be possible to add more hours - we all can dream, ha!
