§ What time do you get to sleep? What time do you wake up?
I MAKE myself go to bed at 10pm...I'm naturally a night owl. Wake up at 5am.
§ What do you dream about?
I'm not much of a dreamer, but when I do they are more like nightmares, or uncomfortable situations. Not sure what that says about me!
§ What’s the first thing you do once you’re awake?
I feed my 3 dogs!
§ What morning ritual do you have that’s sacred to starting your day off right?
Starting my day off with a sweat session is a must! I feel so accomplished before the rest of the world is awake. Also, I swear by having a cup of warm lemon water + splash of ACV.
§ What one possession/object is essential to your morning?
My big cozy robe!
§ With whom do you spend your mornings?
My husband, if he's not traveling, and my 3 dogs. Love cuddle time in the mornings.
§ What do you eat for breakfast?
I'm a savory girl all the way...eggs, avocado, fiber rich toast, and hot sauce!
§ What kind of coffee do you drink in the morning, and how do you prepare it?
I drink black coffee + collagen and some adaptagens. I blend everything in a high speed blender! If I'm feeling fancy, I will make a latte by adding some nut milk + MCT oil.
§ What’s the one upgrade you wish you could add to your morning?
After an early morning workout, I wish I could go nap for 2 hours; 7-9am is my sweet-spot for sleeping. So, make mornings longer! I want to workout, walk the dogs, take a nap, make a big breakfast, and take my time getting to work...I'm just a girl that wants it all!
§ What do you consider the end of your morning?
As soon as I step foot into the office. Maybe that's why I'm always running late!
