Sleep at 10:00 pm, awake at 5:30.

Lately I’ve been having dreams about being friends with Taylor Swift.
§ What’s the first thing you do once you’re awake?
My boyfriend and I get dressed and go work out.
§ What morning ritual do you have that’s sacred to starting your day off right?
Drinking a cup of warm water with a splash of apple cider vinegar.
§ What one possession/object is essential to your morning?
My fuzzy slippers.
§ With whom do you spend your mornings?
My boyfriend and my cat Leo.
§ What do you eat for breakfast?
Usually avocado or peanut butter toast with fruit.
§ What kind of coffee do you drink in the morning, and how do you prepare it?
I’m definitely more of a tea person. I have a matcha latte every morning with almond milk and vanilla extract!
§ What’s the one upgrade you wish you could add to your morning?
More time to relax before I really get in to the work of the day.
§ What do you consider the end of your morning?
When I start my first class - then it’s time to really wake up!
