Lingonberry! You’ll want to “linger” a little with this light-roast natural Ethiopian, grown in a micro-region known for its big, berry syrup flavors. This lot in particular is so rich and juicy, you could almost pour it over your Sunday morning pancakes.

https://www.drinktruenorth.com/collections/just-arrived/products/ethiopian-sidamo-shantawene True North’s first natural processed coffee of 2021 arrives from the Ayla washing station in the verdant hills of the Shantawene kebele in eastern Sidamo, Ethiopia. Natural processed Ethiopians have an even more ardent following amongst coffee lovers worldwide than the already popular washed Ethiopian coffees. The natural processing gives the coffee a less acidic profile that allows the notes of raw sugar to shine through when cupped and make for an approachable coffee that can be drunk cup after cup. This is a perfect comfort coffee.
