These beans are meant for espresso, which I'm often too lazy to brew. pour over/Chimex didn't fare well with my taste buds, nor did the drip method. Once I used my espresso machine, however, this coffee took on a totally different form. It became bold and all of the tasting notes listed came to life. It was something truly magical. Preparation is key; make sure to keep that in mind."
