Curator's Notes
Take notte of this outstanding dark roast: introducing Medici Roasting’s Notte Blend. Notte — “night” in Italian — is a Nicaraguan and Colombian blend with a big, roasty body and a hint of apple-turnover sweetness. Cozy notes of toasted marshmallow round out the finish for a cup that’ll take you from dawn to dusk. No matter the time of day, it’ll be amore at first sip with these decadent tasting notes.

Flavor Notes: Apple Pie, Toasted Marshmallow, Cocoa Process: Washed / Natural Regions: Nicaragua, Colombia Elevation: 1800 - 2400 MASL Variety: Various Notte—meaning “night” in Italian—is a blend with components from Nicaragua and Colombia, designed for our customers who prefer a darker, more developed roast profile. This is a new challenge for us; roasting coffee on the darker side without losing all of its unique qualities isn’t easy, but we feel great about where we’ve landed. We took our Clarksville blend and pushed it a little bit further, finding notes of apple pie, toasted marshmallow, and cocoa. Notte is perfect as a filter coffee or—if you’re looking for something a little more traditional than our La Famiglia—an espresso.
