Curator's Notes
You'll love this tropical candy bar of a coffee. Our friends at Kuma have reserved the remainder of this extremely limited Colombian micro-lot coffee for you to try. We taste Almond Joy candy bar, strawberry jam, and a touch of lime rounding out the finish. It’s a "candy bar meets the tropics" flavor profile worth raving about. The beans are meticulously selected from small local farms in Narino, one of Colombia’s top growing regions, and Kuma's signature roasting style gives an incredibly clean finish.
Roaster's Notes
Fermented for 10 hours, dried on patios and raised beds for 12 days, this coffee is easy and delicious. Aromatics of strawberry and baking spices introduce a sweet cup, reminding us of Almond Joy candy bars. The sweetness is bolstered by a vibrant lime acidity, making for a very symmetrical cup. A blend from small producers in Narino, Colombia.
