Grown at altitudes ranging from 1200-2800 meters. Certified Organic by Washington State Dept. of Agriculture. Aromas: Dark chocolate, caramel, blueberry and hints of baking spice. Flavors: Dark chocolate, caramel, blueberry with echoes of cocoa powder in the finish Body: Medium/ Full Acidity: Balanced/ moderate Varietal: Blend of Bourbon and Typica Process: Combination of natural, washed and semi- washed process
