Looking for an incredible new coffee experience? Your wish, er Wush is granted! Available for a limited time from our friends at Dapper & Wise, this rare Ethiopian Wush Wush Ginbo is as fun to drink as it is to say. The body of this washed light roast is silky and smooth, like chocolate milk. Flavor profile is honey-sweet, with some pulpy honeydew melon upfront, a nice restrained acidity, and a finish like sugar-dusted florals. As it cools, we taste some malty flavors, even a tang of black licorice candy! Clean, unique, and so easy to drink, one sip of this beautiful cup and you'll discover why the Wush Wush varietal, widely compared to the famous Gesha, has seen such a recent surge of popularity.
