Curator's Notes
Blossom Coffee Roasters rose to the occasion with Guatemala Las Flores Natural. Las Flores — The Flowers —is a vibrant, fruit-forward light roast with unbe-leaf-able notes of ripe summer strawberry and grape jelly. Rich semi-sweet chocolate chip rounds out the cup and lets it bloom.

Producers collaborate with Unitrade Coffee, an exporting company dedicated to supporting coffee producers improve their access to international markets. The partnership has helped to improve quality, increase earnings from coffee sales, and strengthen producer livelihoods. Unitrade also reinvests in education and healthcare in these communities through the Coffee Care projects. The Guatemala Las Flores is a collection of farmers from 4 different regions of Guatemala. This natural is fruit forward with lots of Strawberry, Grape and a nice cocoa finish.
