Roaster's Notes
This is an incredibly high-grown coffee. The washing station sits at a height of 2050 masl, but many of the farms are at a higher elevation. Over 1,200 producers deliver their coffee to the Kerchanshe washing station. Uraga is located in southern Ethiopia in the Guji zone. This harvest is a mix of wild Ethiopian Heirloom varieties and 74110, a specific heirloom variety that was first categorized in 1974 and is resistant to disease. One of the last harvests in Ethiopia, this coffee recently arrived on the west coast and marks one of our final Ethiopian releases for the year.
